How can I place an order on TailorN?

Placing an order is simple! Browse your favorite categories, select your product, choose size and quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Then, proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details to confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select locations.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within India. But stay tuned — we’re working on expanding TailorN to more locations soon!

What types of clothing do you offer?

We offer a wide range of clothing for men, women, including casual wear, workwear, outerwear, loungewear, and accessories. Our collections are designed to suit various styles, from classic to trendy, and cater to different body types and sizes.

Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 1199 on all serviceable pincodes.*

Are your products available in multiple sizes?

Yes, we offer a variety of sizes, ranging from S to Plus Size. You can find the size chart on each product page to help you choose the best fit.

Where are your clothes made?

Our products are sourced from various locations, including the U.S., Europe, and ethically certified factories around the world. We prioritize high-quality materials and responsible manufacturing practices.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

The availability of each product is updated in real-time on our website. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an option to be notified when it’s back in stock, or you can browse similar styles.

Do you offer clothing for all genders?

Yes! We offer a diverse range of clothing for men, women, and non-binary individuals. We aim to make fashion accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Do you have a physical store, or is it online only?

Currently, we are an online-only store, allowing us to offer a broad range of products and better prices. However, we may open physical stores in the future—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add the items you’d like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information to complete the order.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we can modify but you cannot cancel it. However, you can return items according to our return policy if you change your mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We also comply with industry standards to ensure your data remains secure throughout the transaction.

My Payment was deducted from the bank account but the order wasn't placed. what should i do ?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at: Instagram: @tailorn_

Shipping & deliverY

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount—check our website for specific offers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S., while international shipping can take 7-14 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please note, some items (such as final sale items) are not eligible for returns.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, simply log into your account, go to your order history, and follow the return instructions. You’ll need to ship the item back to us using the return label provided. Return shipping costs may apply.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If the item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re very sorry if this happens! If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team right away. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Are sale or discounted items eligible for return?

Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as “final sale.” Please check the product details to see if an item is excluded from returns.

Are there any additional charges for returns/exchange ?

Returns are free. For excessive returns, we may charge upto INR 100 per item as return handling fees at the time of refund.
