- Keep track of your Order ID.
- All correspondence pertaining to your order, from confirmation to dispatch, includes the Order ID.
- Please make sure your Order ID and the delivery agent’s match before paying with cash on delivery.
- Never give cash or use an online payment method for prepaid items to the delivery agent or any courier service.
- Don’t give a delivery agent your Delivery OTP over the phone.
- If you want to cancel the order, only then should you give the delivery agent the Delivery Cancellation OTP.
