All correspondence pertaining to your order, from confirmation to dispatch, includes the Order ID.

Please make sure your Order ID and the delivery agent’s match before paying with cash on delivery.

Never give cash or use an online payment method for prepaid items to the delivery agent or any courier service.

Don’t give a delivery agent your Delivery OTP over the phone.

If you want to cancel the order, only then should you give the delivery agent the Delivery Cancellation OTP.
