Refund/Exchange

At Tailorn, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

Important Update : Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final.

Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.

Return Pickup Attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.

 If the courier company fails to pick up the shipment. You will need to return the shipment to our address.

Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

Refund Process & Conditions

To return an item, please raise a request at Tailorn with a clear photo or a video that shows the product’s defects. Once the return is approved your order will be picked up within 4 -5 working days. 

The team will work on the refund after the product is received. Refunds take 4-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it.

COD charges are non-refundable

Gift cards are not refundable to bank account.

Cancellations

Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered as return & refund will be issued as per return policy.

You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page or by contacting customer support. 

For pre-orders, cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours after ordering. Beyond that, we won’t be able to process cancellation requests.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Note: Avoid using The Professional Couriers, as we do not accept shipments from them. We recommend Speed Post for reliable service.
