Shipping Policy:


At Tailorn, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:


1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1 – 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines


We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:


  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.



3. Shipping Charges


  • Standard Shipping: Applicable based on order value and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: Available on select orders above a certain amount (will be displayed at checkout, if applicable).


 4. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery status on the website: Track Order.


5. Delivery Issues


In case of:

  • Delayed Delivery: Contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.
  • Incorrect Address Provided: Tailorn is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your address before placing the order. 



6. Damaged or Lost Packages


If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


7. International Shipping


Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


Note-


  • You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your pre-paid order ships, which should happen within 48 hours.
  • Free shipping is available on pre-paid orders.
  • Delivery within 7-8 working business days.
  • Cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email and your COD order will be shipped in 3-4 working days. 
  • Shipping charges (non-refundable) are computed during checkout and are only applied to COD items.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the shipping fees paid at the time of order. (if it is returned)
